Procedure

1. Online date entry of the Insured Persons on ESI web portal as per new amendment.


2. Scanning of Individual/Family Photographs and Signatures of the Insured person and uploading it for obtaining ESI Numbers.


3. Online Temporary Identity Card (TIC) Printing.


4. Obtaining Permanent Identity Card (PIC) from the ESI Branch office

Monthly Process

1. Submitting Monthly Contribution Online.


2. Adding of new employees.


3. Preparing Monthly Challan through ESI Web Portal.


4. Managing periodical Inspection from ESI Department, when required.


5. Replying of Notices etc, from the concern department.


6. Updating employer about new amendments immediately.
